Dr. Hayley Cox
Dr. Hayley Cox Harris is a Santa Barbara native and attended Santa Barbara’s local Cold Springs School and Santa Barbara Junior and Senior High Schools.
Dr. Hayley graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology. She graduated with honors as a member of OKU and student body president from the UCLA School of Dentistry, where she received such awards as the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry Predoctoral Dentistry Award, Public Health Dentistry Award, and Delta Dental Student Leadership Award. Her passion for public health dentistry and working with children, particularly children from underserved communities, led her to complete two years of specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, a hospital consistently ranked in the top ten of all U.S. Children’s Hospitals. She is currently on the board of advisors for the local mother-infant group P.E.P and is often seen sponsoring many local school and community events all over Goleta & Santa Barbara.
Dr. Hayley and her team strive to give children and families a positive and comfortable experience where they feel supported, informed, and confident. Her favorite part of her job is the ability to work daily with children of the community and provide compassionate dental care. Dr. Hayley enjoys watching children grow and evolve and says there’s no “bad days” when you are around these smart, funny, and sweet little humans. When Dr. Hayley is not in the office, she enjoys time with her boyfriend, two-year-old golden retriever Finn, and three-year-old pocket pit bull Ella. She loves to travel and has been lucky enough to safari in Tanzania and travel to Vietnam and Cambodia. In addition, Dr. Hayley has spent many of her childhood years studying abroad in Mexico, Argentina, and Costa Rica and is fluent in the Spanish language.
Dr. Hayley encourages the community to start early preventative checkups for their little ones to establish good oral health habits, give a sense of comfort within the office, and minimize more significant concerns in the future.
Dr. Hannah Frebel
Dr. Hannah Frebel Wainwright is originally from boulder, CO. She graduated from University of Colorado- Boulder and later went on to complete dental school at University of Colorado’s School of Dental Medicine. Hannah has always loved working with children and found it only natural to pursue her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry.
Seeking a change from the mountains, she traded in her ski boots for flip flops and attended the University of Florida in Naples for residency. After completing her residency, Dr. Hannah and her husband moved to a small mountain town near Aspen, CO called Glenwood Springs where she worked in private practice for several years and used her Spanish daily. She loves seeing children of all ages, of all backgrounds, and loves connecting with their amazing parents as well.
After adopting their fur baby, Balto, and later having their daughter, Gigi, Hannah and her husband, Joe, decided the California lifestyle was indeed their perfect fit. She and her family are excited to embrace the sunny outdoor activities that Santa Barbara has to offer. Joe is an avid golfer and Hannah is an avid golf cart rider, so they are excited to explore the beautiful courses in the area.
When Hannah is not working or chasing after a toddler, she loves to run, swim, hike with Balto, go out to dinner with Joe, read, and travel. She’s excited to be immersed in the community and build meaningful patient (and parent) relationships!

Teeth Cleanings & Exams
In order to best maintain your child’s overall dental health, we recommend your child receive a dental cleaning.
Sealants
Dental sealants are used to help protect the deep grooves and pits on the chewing surfaces of your child’s teeth.
Sedation Dentistry
Often called “laughing gas,” nitrous oxide is a safe, mild sedative that will assist in relieving your child’s anxiety.
Dental Crown
When a tooth has a large amount of missing tooth structure caused by dental decay, we often restore the tooth with a dental crown.
Space Maintainers
A space maintainer is an appliance that is made out of metal and placed into a child’s mouth to replace a lost, missing, or extracted tooth to maintain the space that was held by the lost tooth and allow for proper dental development.
